number of experienced Laptop
Engineers. You will be required
to receive, inspect, diagnose and
repair to component level. All
repairs will be hardware only.
You will be required to answer
queries on the telephone, so. a
good knowledge of English, both
written and spoken will be required.

It is essential that applicants
should have a good working
knowledge of care standards, have
NVQ 2 (preferably NVQ 3) and have
previous supervisory experience
in the care sector.
